As a rule, it\u2019s a good idea to get them replaced once every 60,000 miles at the very least.<\/p>\n Speaking of brakes, your brake components<\/strong> in general are all worth keeping an eye on, as they\u2019re in constant use. They\u2019re built to last, but you\u2019ll still need to replace the callipers, wheel cylinders and master cylinders about once every 100,000 miles. The same goes for your clutch<\/strong>; the friction involved in constantly changing gear wears it down over time \u2013 which, by the way, can shorten if you\u2019re an aggressive driver or if you ride the clutch. The fuel pump<\/strong> is yet another one that has to take the brunt of day-in, day-out usage, so again it\u2019s worth checking in with it every so often (even if just to say hi).
